Well last night was a really relaxing night with Charlie and Katie it was really funny we was going over old pictures from school days and when we was younger, you know it’s really funny when you look back in time at your self and how different you look now, but we didn’t have a late night we went to bed early…well i did i fell asleep on the sofa about 11pm. this morning me and Charlie had a busy day a head off us starting with the gym after that it was shopping….you know what girls are like then we did lunch, After that we had are hair appointments we got out the hairs at 7.30pm, Now i was ready for my date but you all know her the sexy Amanda she’s goingaway thursday so i have to see my bitch before i go …………..to be continued

HI every one hope your all well had a great weekend and had fun on the show last night even though it was hard work last night i still have jet lag, i keep going to bed and only sleeping for a couple of hours i don’t even know why but anyway hopefully I’ll sort my self out real soon. Plans for today well I’m just sorting out some bits in my house at the moment then I’m off to the gym about 6 for a spinning class i don’t know if i told you all but I’m back in training and I’m off to boot camp next month for a week i can’t wait it’s the one Jade Goody went to i just wanted to do something to get me back on the right road, i also have a dream i have always wanted to appear on Gladiators so hopefully if i get fit enough i might even try out. Tonight after the gym I’m going to my friend Katie’s house with Charlie were going to have a girly night in , well boys I’ll speak to you tomorrow.

Hi everyone hope your all well, just to let you all no i am having such a wonderful time i really don’t wanna come back i love it here so much, i have been here before 4 times actually but not since November 2005. I’m staying in a small village on the beach called Palolem were living in little bamboo huts on the beach with ensuites of course and i wake up every morning to see the sun rise it’s so amazing, I’m so relaxed and so happy with not a care in the world i think next January I’ll come for a month. Oh by the way i don’t think the pilot could handle us any more he left us yesterday……..Love it!!!!!!
